Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you can cancel or change your order BEFORE it is fulfilled. Once you received a shipping confirmation email before contacting us, we can no longer process cancellation/change order request. Please livechat with us immediately for help.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Kindly contact us immediately. Please attach a screenshot of your order confirmation email and a photo of the actual item received. In the event that the fault is from our end, we will get back to you via email with instructions on where you can return use our store credit purchase.
You will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed successfully. In the event that you are unable to receive the order confirmation email, please do the following:
- Check your spam folder.
- You might have given the wrong email address. If so, contact us immediately to double-check your orders!
- If your order payment has gone through on your credit card or PayPal account, please email us immediately with an attached screenshot of the charges for our reference.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners cards through our integrated PayPal Checkout.
- NOTE: Customers may incur a 2%-3% international transaction fee. Some debit cards might not be accepted at checkout. Please contact your credit card issuer for further support. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- You can also use your store credit to pay for your purchases. See our store credit policy below.
- Manually enter the promo/gift card code at checkout and click “Apply.”
- Each code can only be applied once. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion.

We know these things happen. The great news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been charged are final and we cannot retroactively apply discounts.

Yes, definitely. Purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personally identifiable information with any third party. Our payment options are also secured by PayPal.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are proud to offer international shipping services to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you. Please check the detailed guide here.
Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details. Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Processing of your order may take 2-3 business days from the date you placed the order. We appreciate your patience!
Customs duties and policies vary from country to country and we can not anticipate this. And for this reason we are not paying customs duties and taxes levied by the respective country involved in your shipment. Finamari will not reimburse payments made for such.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Please refer to our return policy to ensure eligibility for returns. If eligible, follow the steps below:
- Please contact us within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the item that you wish to return.
- Once you submit your request for return, we will email you a return address and a few reminders.
- Please ONLY ship it to the return address that we provided in our email and not to the address on your original package or your return will not be received.
- To ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.
Any items that are purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange. These purchases are considered final and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues.
You will receive your refund via our store credit. See our store credit policy below.
We do not offer product replacements. We will require you to place a new order for the same exact item using your store credit and we will cover its shipping fee. This is only applicable if the item you have received is eligible for a refund or exchange in accordance with our return/exchange policy.
Unfortunately, we will not shoulder shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes for returned products.

Finamari bikinis are made with the highest quality fabrics and delicate details. To keep your Finamari bikinis in tip top shape please follow our care instructions.
- Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water only
- Hang dry in the shade
- Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
- Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
- High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash immediately after use
- Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini
To extend the life of your Finamari bikinis we recommend rinsing immediately after use.
Please note that Finamari does not take back wash or worn items.
Store credit is our return mechanism equal to the price of the item being returned. It is in a form of a gift card code and can be used to buy items in our store.
A store credit is issued to you when you return an item to us. Instead of giving you your refund in cash or credit it back to your account, we will give it back to you via store credit which you can use to purchase any items in our store.
- Eligible returns will be refunded via store credit and no exchange of funds in between.
- If you are eligible for a refund, we will send you an email notification with your store credit/refund in the form of a gift card code.
- You can use the store credit to purchase any item provided that the price is the same as the returned item.
- We will issue store credit only for the value of the items returned. Shipping is non-refundable.
- Store credit can only be used for one-time purchase and has a validity of 60 calendar days.
- FREE shipping for an item purchased by store credit is on a case-to-case basis.
