SHIPPING POLICY

  • Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
  • We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
  • If your shipping address is located in a rural community, you may have to pick up your package from your regional post office. For rural or remote regions, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery. We appreciate your patience!
  • If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. Here are some alternate options:
    - Once the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to request them to redirect it to an alternate address. Please note that this is done at the discretion of the postal office.
    - If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team - we're more than happy to help!
  • When placing an order, please review your personal information (i.e. shipping address, phone number, email) carefully to avoid any issues or delays getting your order.
  • If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact our Customer Care Team within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your order.
  • If you don't receive your package on time, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately. 
  • Reminder: all shipping times listed in the chart above are calculated in business days and do not include weekends.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
